Join us for a day of top rope rock climbing.
Purpose: Enjoy climbing outside and connecting with others.
What to Expect: We will be top rope climbing at the Glass House Mountains. We will be guided by Edmund Gemelo
Edmund Gemelo Bio: Edmund has been climbing for 14 years. He was one of the first Filipinos to qualify and compete in the 2005 World Youth Championships for both Lead climbing and Speed climbing. Edmund has been exposed to various types of climbing, including trad climbing in Victoria, and Sport climbing in NSW and Queensland. Additionally, he has also helped developed crags and bouldering routes in QLD.
There will be beginner to advanced routes. All levels welcome. Members of the SANTO-FI climbing team will be available to assist anyone new to climbing.
Intensity: MILD TO MODERATE
What to Bring: Climbing shoes, harness, chalk bag, water, snacks
What’s Included: Pour over coffee, ropes, and music
When: Sunday, 06.Apr.2025
Time: 11AM to 1PM (time subject to change depending on conditions)
